Parkresidence N°2

Parkresidence N° 2 on the first floor surprises with an additional living level on the park side – the garden level. Here, the already spacious and bright rooms are not only extended by the views to the outside. The garden courtyard with its water basin exudes serenity, a sense of security and an urban flair familiar from London townhouses. The listed details were designed by the renowned landscape architect Roland Weber (1909 – 1997) and create both privacy and a successful transition to the extensive park.
